never be ashamed of it. your spine is awesome, it has character. someone who doesn’t understand that isn’t worth it. at least that’s how I feel :)

I have recently started working out again and have found that most core exercises aren’t possible with how my back is curved.
So I did a little digging and found this site that has several exercises that you can do with uneven shoulders/hips!
